MySeat Media Child Safety Standards Policy for Social Apps on Google Play
At MySeat Media, we are committed to providing a safe environment for all users, particularly children, on our social platforms. This policy outlines our standards and practices to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) within our apps available on the Google Play Store.
Zero Tolerance for CSAE: MySeat Media has a zero-tolerance policy for any content that involves child sexual abuse or exploitation. Such content is immediately removed, and the appropriate actions are taken, including reporting to law enforcement agencies.
Content Monitoring: We employ automated and manual review processes to monitor user-generated content for signs of CSAE.
User Reporting: Users can report content they find inappropriate directly through our apps. We encourage active community involvement in maintaining a safe environment.
Age-Appropriate Content: Our apps are designed to ensure content is appropriate for all age groups, with special attention to content accessible to minors.Privacy Protection: We adhere to stringent data privacy practices, ensuring that personal information, especially from minors, is handled with utmost care. We comply with Google Play's Data Safety requirements.
Child Safety Contact: For any concerns related to child safety, users can contact our designated Child Safety Officer at childsafety@myseat.com
External Reporting: We will report any identified CSAE to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or similar organizations as required by law.
Self-Certification: MySeat Media will self-certify compliance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards through the Play Console for each app update or new publication.
Regular Review: This policy is reviewed annually or upon significant policy or legal changes to ensure ongoing compliance.
